My document looked perfect when opening it with a browser after editing it, but there were some artifacts in the transparent background of the signatures when reading it on Adobe Reader (alpha channel problems, I believe). Maybe it was a problem on my end, I don't know.

Can I mail documents to my local Social Security office?
In most cases, you can take or mail this signed application with your documents to any Social Security office. Any documents you mail to us will be returned to you.
How do I upload my pay stubs to Social Security?
You can report wages by calling or writing your local Social Security Office. If you want to report wages using the automated tools, you can use toll-free SSI Telephone Wage Reporting Service, the free SSA Mobile Wage Reporting app, or myWageReport within your personal my Social Security account.
How long does it take Social Security to update your earnings?
The Social Security administration will typically receive your earnings for the prior year by the fall of the following year. For example, your earnings for 2021 will become available for a recomputation around September 2022 at the latest.
Can I mail my pay stubs to Social Security?
To sign up online, select "Sign up, here!" and enter the requested information. If necessary, you can report your wages by faxing, mailing or bringing pay stubs to your local Social Security office.
Can I upload documents to SSI?
You can upload documents by using the Send Response for Individual Case link on the Electronic Records Express Home page. The upload function is also available while accessing a claimant's electronic folder through the Access Claimant's Electronic Folder link.
