I'm still on the learning curve. Would like to have a way to erase large sections of a page, not just strips of it. If there is such a way, I haven't yet discovered that.

It was fairly easy to search out IRS forms but then you find out they're not usable because they're in Red!?! Also it said if you paid for a one-year subscription you save 65%, but the yearly cost was exactly the same as paying monthly and you didn't know this until you processed your payment???

Takes a little getting used to, but not bad Fairly easy to use once you get used to the set up and lay out. I had used different software to begin with so it took some time to get used to. I like the fact that you can create or upload your document, fill it out, sign it and then send it off to be signed by another party all in one place. Took some getting used to as I had used different products in the past. Other than that, there really is nothing bad about this software.

Really good platform. Just try to fix the bug while opening documents at the dashboard. The bug is the following: Click on open item button It will send to authentication page.

Great, this time so far. I used the program a little over a week ago but my documents were messed up because I was not told I had to pay first in order to save or print the document. I had to create it all again. It was the same one as this now, 821 ssa form. It took me hours to get as far as I had.

I tried the software and then cancelled… I tried the software and then cancelled it. For me it was too challenging to use. However they still charged my account for a year up front. I didn't authorize that. I called and requested a refund and they gave one right away, so they said. It was just today I requested a refund so I will check my account in a few days to see if they actually sent it.
