you have forms that are not updated. however, for a particular project- i had to recreate forms filed in 2010. you were the ONLY place, company, resource that had these non-updated forms!! yay!!

I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Amazing customer service, very fast response time I was on trial with pdfFiller and it was really amazing. The best PDF filling software I've ever found. I even used the trial, forgot when it ended and then got charged. BUT I managed to get a refund after explaining my situation. These people are awesome. I definitely will be back when I have enough money.

Fast and effective response When I contacted them through their Chat feature my problem was resolved there and then. Instant response, and then follow up emails to make sure everything was ok. This is how customer service should work but so often doesn't.
