It's very good the only thing about it is you can't copy and paste because the words will go off the documents also the little box you can type in be off so it makes the documents look odd

This application is users friendly and easy to use. Great product. The only thing missing for my agency's purpose is the attachment part. If the attachment features is add to it, this would be awsome.

Overall, it was good.
Saying it is free is misleading.
I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free".
The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

Used it for a few days. great features though was not the right product for me at this stage.ran into a payment issue, the customer service is extremely good and fixed the issue within 15 mins..awestruck!

I like everything except when filing in…
I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.

Does a deed need a date?
A deed may in certain circumstances be drafted for its provisions to take effect from a date before the date of its execution. If so, care is required. No deed or contract must ever be back dated (i.e. given a date that is earlier than the date it was executed).
What is the deed date?
Most deeds start with the date. Many people just date the deed the day that it is signed. However, the date on the deed should be the date of transfer of ownership, which is not necessarily the day it is signed.
What does Deed date mean?
The date the deed is signed is the “legal” date, i.e. the date of transfer of the property interest. You can only transfer a property interest that you own, so on November 1 they did not own any property interest that could be transferred.
How long do you have to record a deed?
When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business. Even county offices sometimes fail to record deeds that were properly submitted.
Is a warranty deed and a deed the same thing?
Warranty deeds are commonly used in many states when a property is sold. The deed states the names of the granter and grantee and also includes a complete legal description of the property. The granter signs the deed, generally in the presence of a notary public, who then acknowledges the granter's signature.
What is required for a valid deed?
For a deed to be valid, it must meet the following requirements: The granter must have legal capacity, which means that the granter is of sound mind and lawful again most states, the minimum age is 18. There must be enough information in the deed to identify the grantee with reasonable certainty.
