The customer support is phenomenal. They always answer quickly and fix whatever issue i have. The actual software does it's supposed to and increases my productivity x10. There are features included to import government forms easily or you can upload your own. The templates are easy to create and to make new documents using.

The amount of options can be overwhelming. It seems like the product can do so much and would take a long time to fully understand or use. The speed of the application is actually pretty fast but its not a literal immediate load time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn to import your forms directly from their bank of existing forms. Be careful when editing fields so that you don't overwrite existing functionality. If you need help don't hesitate to do a live chat and screen share. Their chat agents will fix any issue you have. I've had them help me multiple times.

We use it to fill out government tax forms, specifically form 1098c for our nonprofit organization. The primary benefit is a secure place to share and store all our documents that we can search and edit when we need. This software saves us an immense amount of time. It provides a method to update and edit documents in minutes with recurring pages that would otherwise take 4x times longer fill out and complete. We generally only use this form an IRS form specifically but i can see the use case for many types of companies and situations.

Well laid out, easy to use fillable pdf program
Just downloaded this program and am impressed already. It's well laid out, easy to use, and overall a great experience. It's nice to be able to turn non-fillable pdf's into fillable ones.

I like that I can bring in any fillable…
I like that I can bring in any fillable document, it makes everything to do with a business much easier. It's just not very easy to do. I have to remember how to do it every time. Not sure if that is my fualt or if this is just not that user friendly.

What to bring when you sign a lease?
Bring Proof of Identity. Signing a rental lease is a significant financial decision. Your Social Security Number. Proof of Employment. List of Previous Jobs. List of your Past Addresses. List of References. Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check. Vehicle Registration and Proof of Insurance.
Do you need ID to sign a lease?
Typically with any major financial decisions like buying/leasing a car, getting married or opening a bank account you need to present a photo ID. Leasing a home also requires a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license or non-expired passport.
Do all owners need to sign a lease?
The lease should be signed by all adults living on the property and by the property manager or landlord. If a co-signer is part of the rental agreement, they need to sign the lease along with the tenant.
Who has to sign the lease?
Leases usually contain the rules under which you rent your house or apartment, and if it says that every occupant needs to be on the lease, everyone needs to sign it. However, if a lease doesn't have this provision, then the only people who need to sign the lease are the people responsible for paying the rent.
Should I sign a lease before move in date?
You should aim to send the lease to your tenants 5 weeks before their move-in date. Let your tenants know when you expect the lease returned to you. This will help ensure you get it back in a timely manner. If you require they return it in 5 days, you'll be right on time to sign the lease 30 days before they move in.
Can you rent an apartment without an ID?
The landlord will require you to verify your identity on your rental application, so make sure to bring your driver's license. If you do not have a driver's license then you will need another form of photo identification, such as a passport, military ID or state-issued ID.
How can I get out of a lease after signing?
Once the landlord and tenant sign a lease and a copy is delivered to the both parties, it becomes a valid contract. Contacting the landlord by verbal or written means within three days of signing it will not automatically terminate the contract.
Can you get out of a lease right after signing it?
There is no flip of the switch for backing out of a lease after signing. The best course of action is to clearly communicate to the landlord why you're considering backing out of a lease after signing. The landlord is legally entitled to the rent you've signed on for but that doesn't mean they will try and collect.
