Just started. Quite happy so far. Still a little confused. When I am bringing up the same patient from last week when we just signed up, kind of confusing for us. It is okay now when we see the small icon to print from, because we only have two patients, but it is a trial and error because you can't really read the patient's name until the last phase of the print screen. This will be an impossible task once we get 10-20 patients. We need to learn more about it. Also, do you have a clearinghouse feature so that we can just submit the claim electronically?

Excellent Product
The product is offering me the ability to execute contracts/agreements on the fly no matter where I am. When traveling and a signature is required for contract execution, time is critical to completing the deal. PDFiller allows me to do that.
PDFiller is simply the easiest and most useful product in its category. Simple to use and very user friendly.
Honestly, it has done everything I have needed to for the past 3 years. If I had to say something, I would say maybe an easier way to save and send. But, that would be pushing it.

If you are an insurance biller....this is the software you need!
The ease of finding, and using different types of preformatted pdf documents vastly cuts down on the amount of time I have to spend on filling these forms out by hand.

What do you like best?
The editing module is effortless! The tools available allow us to edit, rearrange and create whatever final version we want. It's very easy to use and makes editing quick. Time is so important and PDF Filler allows us to focus on the work that matters vs. spending countless hours editing documents.
What do you dislike?
I would like to have a media or image folder that we can get to without being in edit mode. Connecting team members is not easy and not straightforward - it would be great to have more control over this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PDF filler replaced Adobe. Adobe had so many glitches and didn't allow us to edit all documents. Now, PDF Filler gives us the ability to get our work done and quickly!

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. What counts as two forms of ID for a job?
Documents which establish both identity and eligibility: U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card. Permanent resident card or alien registration receipt card (a “green card”) (Form I-551) Employment Authorization Document Card (Form I-766).
What counts as a second piece of ID?
The second ID (a Care Card or Social Insurance Card, for example) must include: name. Photo or signature.
What counts as a second form of ID at a bar?
Most bars just ask for a credit card as a second form of ID if you have an out-of-state license. If you have your passport you don't need a second form of ID.
How can I get a second form of ID?
State-issued driver's license (expired, new, or suspended) Social Security Card. Passport (expired passport, including passports issued by foreign countries) Student ID card with photo. Welfare card. Health insurance or Medicare card. Voter ID card. Employment ID card.
What are two pieces of ID in BC?
At the time of application for assistance, each applicant must provide two pieces of identification (ID). One must be a photo ID from the list of primary ID, and the second may be selected from either the primary or secondary ID list [see Policy — Table: Primary and Secondary ID].
Why do you need two forms of ID?
Another reason being that institutions request two forms of identification is when the first document shown is not a primary government issued documentation. So it is accepted that two non-primary identification documents be shown to be equivalent of one.
What is considered as two forms of ID?
Both identifications must bear the applicants' signature. (Social Security Card, from the USA Social Security Administration, with your signature AND Photo Identification with your signature i.e.: unexpired driver's license, government issued identification card, military identification or passport).
What can I use as a second form of ID?
For secondary forms of ID, you can use your social security card, a voter registration card, and in some cases an employee or student ID. For a full list of primary and secondary IDs that can be used for official purposes, check the U.S. Department of State's travel site here.
