I am having some difficulties with the form printing properly. The formatting does not transfer for printing to landscape and thus loses portions of text contained within the form.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. How do I list my salary history?
A salary history list includes the name of each company worked for, job title, and the salary the candidate has earned while working at the employer: List your job title, company, and salary for each job in reverse chronological order with your current or most recent job at the top of the list.
Do I have to disclose salary history?
Some advertisements for jobs stipulate that candidates must disclose a salary history, a current salary, or a salary expectation in order to be considered for the job. If you choose to apply anyway, stipulate in your cover letter that your salary expectation is the market value of the job.
Are employers allowed to disclose salary?
In the United States, employers are not prohibited from double-checking job applicants' quoted salary figures. Unless they've been issued a subpoena, U.S.-based employers are under no legal obligation to disclose any information about current or former employees.
Will my new employer know my previous salary?
Theoretically, a new employer could always calculate your previous salary from the P45 you give to them. Even so, it's a widely accepted truth of the industry that many people inflate their salaries when applying for jobs.
