What our customers say about pdfFiller
See for yourself by reading reviews on the most popular resources:
Works well, but not sure why you create a page that cannot be scanned and sent to the IRS on the first part of the form. If this is not legal or usable why have it?

Since this was my first experience using this app. I found it to be very user friendly. I am sure it will be simpler with additional experience.
With the second use, this app. is very user friendly.

I am , frankly, very pleasantly surprised that the site had access to seemingly very esoteric Probate forms from Virginia courts. The process was intuitive.

Easy to use.
I have been using this app for a long time and is really easy to learn how to use and reliable results. Pros. This does everything that Adobe apps should do. It is a great way to reduce paper use.
UI looks a bit sophisticated, but it does what you need. Sometimes the support service takes a long time

Excellent, efficient, immediate, professional service by *********. Very impressed with th level and quality of handling my request for refund as I only had to use the service one time, but let the "Free Trial" time frame lapse. The subscription charge was immediately refunded on the day it was debited for a one year subscription.

pdf Filler is surprisingly worth the investment. I don't have a PDF application on my computer, so having one online that I can easily use to view, fill, and send documents has been a huge help for work and personal use.

Can a title company write a contract?
Buyers can have real estate agreements drawn up by a real estate attorney or agent. A title company or Realtor can help the buyer find someone to write a contract if necessary. The contract stipulates the amount of the loan, the interest rate, and what happens if you fall behind on property taxes or payments.
Who hires the title company when buying a house?
The buyer and/or seller will normally hire a title company to help move the transaction along smoothly and provide title insurance. A title company works as a third party in the real estate transaction, handling most of the paperwork involved with the home purchase and sale.
Who chooses title company buyer or seller?
Decisions. The buyer and seller reach an agreement about who selects and pays for title insurance. In some cases, the buyer selects the title company and pays for a lender's insurance policy. Sometimes the seller selects the title company and pays for an owner's title insurance policy.
What does the title company do for the buyer?
Title companies generally act as the combined agent of the insurance company, the buyer, the seller, and any other parties related to a real estate transaction, such as mortgage lenders. The title company reviews title, issues insurance policies, facilitates closings, and files and records paperwork.
Who pays the title company at closing?
The seller pays the fee or fees for all real estate agents involved including yours! Title company fees mostly go towards taxes, important paperwork, and other miscellaneous costs that the title company takes care of so that you don't have to.
Does the seller need a title company?
The conventional wisdom is that because the seller is paying for the owner's title policy (as is usually the case), the seller should have the right to select the title company. If the seller is paying for or purchasing the policy then, arguably, there is no violation. However, the answer is not as clear as it appears.
What is the title company responsible for?
Title companies generally act as the combined agent of the insurance company, the buyer, the seller, and any other parties related to a real estate transaction, such as mortgage lenders. The title company reviews title, issues insurance policies, facilitates closings, and files and records paperwork.
How does the title company get paid?
Title companies also make money by selling title insurance to both the lending institution and the buyer of a new home. In most cases, the buyer pays for the title insurance for their lender, and the homeowner (or seller) pays the title insurance premium for their buyer.
