I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.

There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.

edit your PDFs as the best.
1.- It's Free. although there are some functions that are paid, for daily use just a free account which is very good.
2.- Pretty friendly and friendly interface. Everything is understandable and the use of the program is very easy to understand.
3.- Its use can be integrated with dropbox, googlr drive, box and onedrive.
3.- You can use files that are in your pc, your cloud or in some website (in this case you just have to enter the link).
4.- with the built-in editor you can add images, scratch, write in the text, delete sectors, hide words or paragraphs with black, add lines, and many other things.
5.- You can save your work in pdf, word, excel or powerpoint format. It also includes the option to send via mail, fax or simply share the link.
the bad thing, is that if or if you must register to use it, which perhaps is not something serious, but the program forces you to do so.

Does a dealer have to disclose accident?
Does a dealer have to disclose that the car that you are about to buy was in an accident? Short answer is: most likely. California's law defines four main instances where one party to the transaction has a duty to disclose facts to the other party. These apply to dealerships that are selling you a car.
What do car dealers have to disclose?
Dealers are required to disclose in writing any damage and repair that exceeds five percent of the manufacturer's suggested retail price before you enter into a contract.
Do Used car dealers have to disclose problems?
Most car dealers who sell used vehicles must comply with the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC's) Used Car Rule. The Used Car Rule applies in all states except Maine and Wisconsin. These two states are exempt because they have similar regulations that require dealers to post disclosures on used vehicles.
Do car dealers have to show you the CARFAX?
The dealer is not required to give you the CARFAX at all, or any other similar vehicle history report. But it never hurts to ask for it.
Does a dealer have to disclose frame damage?
It is not illegal for dealerships to sell cars with frame damage or prior accidents, but they MUST disclose this information, in writing to the buyer. If this information was not provided, then you can sue the dealership for the frame damage to the used car.

How can I check a car's history for free?
Shop at the CARFAX used car listing site where every car listed comes with a free vehicle history. Visit online car listing sites like Cars.com and Autoloader which may offer free CARFAX for some used cars. Visit the dealer's website and look for links to CARFAX histories.
