I absolutely reccomend PDF Filler to… I absolutely reccomend PDF Filler to anyone who would like to create any type of document legal or not. I did my will and a lease with the wizard and they both came out so professional looking it was like they were prepared by an attorney. They have bill of sale receipts and anything else you can imagine needing as well. I am so glad I found this site and hope this review helps someone decide to give it a try also. Click on File then Options. Select Search on the left then click Indexing Options. Click Advanced. Click the Rebuild button.
As Indexing takes a long time, allow Outlook to rebuild the Indexing for about 12 to 24 hours and verify the result after about 24 hours.
EDB file should now be recreated in the C:\\Programmatic\\Microsoft\\Search\\Data\\Applications\\Windows folder. The Outlook Indexing Status should show the index is running and counting up for the number of indexes you have.

Indexing is the process of looking at files, email messages, and other content on your PC and cataloging their information, such as the words and metadata in them. When you search your PC after indexing, it looks at an index of terms to find results faster.
Indexing Service (originally called Index Server) was a Windows service that maintained an index of most of the files on a computer to improve searching performance on PCs and corporate computer networks. It updated indexes without user intervention. In Windows 7, it has been replaced by a newer Windows Search indexer.
Disable Windows Search Altogether if You Don't Use It This will stop the indexing of all files. You'll still have access to search, of course. It will just take longer since it has to search through your files every time.
Press Windows Key + S and enter indexing. Select Indexing Options from the menu. ... Now you'll see the list of indexed locations. Click on Modify button. Uncheck the locations that you don't want to index and click on OK to save changes.
