With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I just closed escrow on two homes, and the PDF filler allowed me electronically edit/sign/date all the forms necessary to sale and buy our properties. It saved a tremendous amount of time and paper because I saved the forms to my desktop and then returned the completed forms electronically.

Easy to use, unlike other fill and sign apps, it can tell the right size text. It can tell the what parts of the document requires the text. The variety of templates to use for common forms needed for most people. Also a generous 30 day trial A ++++

A tool to get by, but far from perfect
If you can't find any other tools to fill in PDF, or if you don't want to research into other advanced tools, this is OK. It can get your work done, but you will sometimes be frustrated.
With this tool, I can fill in PDF which are not fillable by default. It saves me the trouble printing it out, filling it by hand and scanning it. It's easy to use and very straightforward.
It's costly, taking into account of what it can offer. Sometimes it's difficult to save the file, and I have to save as another file even if I write only a few words.

PDF Filler The Helpful Software
PDF is helpful software for the Certificates of Insurance and Acord forms need for my business clients. In my experience this software helps me to be able to expedite request from my clients in a timely manner.
The software is user friendly. Easy to manage all Certificates that are needed in my business.
I have not found anything that I did not like in the software at this point.

It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it.

Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems.

How do I make a field mandatory in PDF?
Open the PDF form. Right-click on the form field > click on Properties > click General. Select Required. Click on Actions. Under Select Trigger, select On Blur. Select Run a JavaScript under Select Action. Insert the following text:
How do I edit a PDF form field?
To edit a single form field, double-click it or right-click it and choose Properties. To edit multiple form fields, select the fields that you want to edit, right-click one of the selected fields, and choose Properties.
How do I enable rich text formatting in PDF?
Open “Text Field Properties” dialog for the field and select the “Options” tab. Check the “Allow Rich Text Formatting” option and press “Close” button to apply changes. Make sure to use “File > Save” menu to save changes into the file.

How do I hide a fillable field in PDF?
You hide the field, by opening its property dialog, go to the General tab, and then change “visible” to “hidden” in the field property dropdown. That should do it. If you want to be double sure, make the field read-only as well. Hope this can help.
