So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. My expectations were actually exceeded.
At first, I was overwhelmed by the many functionalities of the site but in a few minutes I got a hang of it. It's actually easy to use and quite handy to say the least. Well done!

No single docs (only trial). Unable to split the file.
Despite having a free trial it would be nice to edit and download a single document. This only confuses people and catches you if you forget or are unsuccefull with cancelling within 30 days. I used this site to edit an evacuation plan and it was very easy to do, tools are good. However even with help of customer support still not able to split the plan for seperate sections of a building. I had to rewrite the pdf but I didn't make the plan myself. Overall decent tool for free 30 days but can be better.

Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

Very user-friendly. Great solution to making PDFs fillable on your computer and sending them online rather than hand filling them and having to scan them. Excellent product!

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time. You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.
