Although I accidentally subscribed to…
Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account. Very kind and helpful customer service.

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. Lifesaver

Satisfied but no longer need service
I have been satisfied with the subscription and have used it with my work, however I am retiring the end of September and will no longer need this subscription

Easy to Use
It's been fantastic to use to add whole sections into a document without having to re-do everything.
We haven't required something like this often, so I love that I can access this software for free, on an as-needed basis.
Haven't needed to use the software enough to have any issues arise that I couldn't troubleshoot on my own.

Erasing any content in the document is little difficult.

I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!
