Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I am sold on it.Thank you.

wasn't aware i was paying for it until i saw the charge on my bank statement. that should have been clearer. will know more about how much i like it when i print the documents i have entered. i also would like a tech support number as i am very bad with computers.

HOW DO I EDIT A FORM I HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED
I love the fact that I found it easy to edit my documents. I could edit and download as many times as possible. Found a lot of useful information on the filler too.

Great software
Excellent, the software is very easy to set up and use and gives me all the functions that I need to edit documents.
Ease of use. It allows us to edit documents easily and send them out to clients for signature.
Lack of choice of fonts. When you edit a document, the font is automatically changed, meaning you have to change the font throughout the document.

There are few issues while importing already filled up PDF files. I would recommend to import the empty form and start filling.

I like everything except when filing in…
I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.

I'm a student and used the free trial. It was quite easy to use. In addition to that, I forgot to cancel my subscription, but they had an online chat that handled that quickly and efficiently which was very appreciated. Overall a good experience.
