How do I add a page to an existing PDF file?

There are two ways to select the Insert pages tool: 1. On the Home tab, in the Pages group, click Insert. In the Open dialog, select the document to insert. Click Open. In the Insert Pages dialog, select from the available page range options, and specify where the pages should be placed within your file. Click Insert.

How do I add a pop-up note to a PDF?

Using the Select tool, right-click a text edit. Select Open Pop-Up Note from the menu. Type your note in the pop-up note.

How do I get rid of pop up notes on a PDF?

Using the Hand Selection tool, double-click on the text markup annotation. This will open the annotation note popup dialog. Delete all the text from the note section. Close the note popup dialog and the icon will go away.

A Table can have any number of cells from 1x1 to 10x10. The Table size is set by using the down arrow in the Table control and choosing the proper grid size. Once the size is chosen, the Table can be dragged to the form. Columns can be added to cells by dragging them into the cell.
