Great Value for the features included

What do you like best?
One can easily edit, e-sign and share PDF documents online. Very effective while converting PDFs.

Doesn't let other forms of documents to convert. Only allows PDFs.

It is not possible or difficult to e-sign your documents by using other websites or applications. Best website for e-sign.

How do I choose an insert?
Select insert geometry based on selected operation, for example finishing. Select the largest possible nose angle on the insert for strength and economy. Select the insert size depending on the depth of cut Select the largest possible nose radius for insert strength.
What is TNG insert?
TNMG-TF : Double-sided, triangular insert, positive rake angle that varies along the edge to negative in order to prevent chipping. Special design reduces cratering. Used for carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel and high temp. Alloys.
What is a turning insert used for?
The general turning insert shape play a very important role when we choose an insert for machining. Not every turning insert with one shape can be replaced with the other for a machining operation. As C, D, W type turning inserts are normally used for roughing or rough machining.

What are inserts in machining?
In the types in which the cutter portion is an indexable part clamped by a screw, the cutters are called inserts (because they are inserted into the tool body). Tipped tools allow each part of the tool, the shank and the cutter(s), to be made of the material with the best properties for its job.

An insert with a positive rake angle reduces cutting forces by allowing the chips to flow more freely across the rake surface.
What is positive rake?
Positive rake: A tool has a positive rake when the face of the cutting tool slopes away from the cutting edge at inner side. Zero rake: A tool has a zero (or neutral) rake when the face of the cutting tool is perpendicular to the cutting edge at inner side.
