What do you like best?
I enjoy the ease of being able to upload a PDF file and edit the file online and add or delete content as necessary. I then download the completed PDF file to my documents.

I'm not sure this is a dislike but if I send a completed PDF document with a requested signature to a client the client Gets charged a fee.

One of the best PDF filler's on the market. Various ways to collect your initials and signatures, easy to use and well worth it... Think a bit pricey, but for what it offers it is highly recommended.
SUGGESTION: Add a once off option - I only use it occasionally.

I think the app is very good, well worth the price. Some features would be really good to have on the offline app. Only had it one day but other than that the editing tools are perfect for my business needs.

Overall great value for the performance and features!
Great UI/UX, picks up all embedded objects from a multi-layer or flat PDF file. Reasonable subscription plan options and the signature/send to sign features are a game changer for a SaaS tool.

I was checking out pdfFiller to help with a project I was working on. I must have started a free trial and forgot to cancel. I received a charge for an annual subscription via paypal. What is period of performance in contracts?
§200.77 defines the term period of performance as meaning the time during which the non-Federal entity may incur new obligations to carry out the work authorized under the Federal award. The difference between the definitions should be considered for how the concept itself is communicated to the public.
How long can the government extend a contract?
This decision is an important reminder that pursuant to FAR § 52.217-8, the government is entitled to unilaterally extend your contract up to six months, in any increment, before all option years have been exercised and at the rates in effect in the contract.
Can you extend an expired government contract?
Reviving an expired contract is a tricky business legally. If a contract has expired, then it means there was no renewal clause built into it. If both parties agree to it, the start of the new term can be backdated so that there is no period of time in which they are not covered by the contract.
