What do you like best?
PDFfiller is easy to use and has widely varied functionality. From the editing of documents to the administrative/management aspects of the program, it is quick and simple
What do you dislike?
Some elements of the interface gets a bit busy. It ends up leaving me with a somewhat small visual operating space. It is worth mentioning, though, that this has improved a bit in the last six months or so.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm using the templates to edit and send out letters, which I like. I'm also sometimes using the direct email function.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Searching for a form that I had… Searching for a form that I had difficulty finding elsewhere, I found it here upon oa couple tries. Having trouble with the editing, which I always do. This site is superb, I'm just a tech dummie with a capital "D". Gotta go or I'd say more. Thank you for your excellent product and great free trials.

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.
