I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. It works great, but is very expensive for how often I will use it. I wish there was an option to purchase some sort of punch card or to pay per use instead of paying $20/month, which is outrageous if you are not using it daily.

What do you like best?
Such fillable forms usually cost $700 for a year's service. This is less than $150 per year. Easy to use and effective.
What do you dislike?
Some of the protocols are cumbersome. For instance, when you want a standard form, it makes you go through a process instead of taking you right to the form.

I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!

Click where you want to insert the table of contents usually near the beginning of a document. Click References > Table of Contents and then choose an Automatic Table of Contents style from the list.
Format your document using heading styles found on the Home tab, e.g., Heading 1, Heading 2, and so on. Place the cursor where you want the table of contents to appear (usually, the beginning of the document) Click Table of Contents on the References Tab, and choose one of the types of tables of contents available.

Insert a blank page at the top of your document. Select the References tab on the ribbon. In the Table of Contents groups, click the Table of Contents buttons: The first two Automatic Table options will use your headings to create the table of contents.
Click where you want your Table of Contents to appear. Display the Table of Contents dialog. To do that: In Word 2000, choose Insert > Index and Tables. In Microsoft Word 2002 and 2003, choose Insert > Reference > Index and Tables. Click on the Table of Contents tabs. Click OK.
