This is great to be able to complete a form while out of the office as well as to keep the office green.
The only drawback is that sometimes the area that you "filling" does not line up. Not really that big of deal though.

Perfect for creating single fillable documents and merging pdf pages. A little clunky but does the jo and cost is reasonable.

How do you write a fax message?
Write the company name followed by a colon. Then you can write down the name of the company where you are sending the fax. Write To f.
What do you write on a fax?
Write in your name, company name if applicable, fax number and phone number in the right-hand column. Include the number of pages, including the cover sheet, you are sending. Write in the date on which you are sending the fax.
What is fax message?
A fax (short for facsimile and sometimes called telescoping) is the telephonic transmission of scanned-in printed material (text or images), usually to a telephone number associated with a printer or other output device. The receiving fax machine reconverts the coded image and prints a paper copy of the document.
What is an example of a fax number?
Fax numbers in the US and Canada have the exact same format of a phone number. As a matter of fact they are phone numbers. A 10 digit format will be something like that 212-555-1234. In an eleven digit format add a leading 1 for example: 1-212-555-1234.
What should a fax look like?
Well, okay, it's not exactly how they work! A fax machine is designed to both send and receive documents, so it has a sending part and a receiving part. The sending part is a bit like a computer scanner, with a CCD (charged-coupled device) that scans only one line of a document at a time, and only in black and white.
Can you fax a handwritten letter?
Cover Letter and Clearly Printed Document Any text and logos you use on the cover letter and the document itself should be clearly printed, in at least a 12-point font and transfer well to black-and-white copies. If your document is handwritten or heavily embellished, it will not copy well.
