This is an amazing service. Makes it easier when you cannot find the forms you need, otherwise.
My parents were unable to purchase mail forwarding services through Canada Post website. A Google search brought me to pdfFiller website and I was able to fill out the form easily. Canada Post really pushes to do these things online & we were unable because their website would not load.

Great product and full refund when cancelled before trial ended
I took out the trial and paid 2 x €1.25 installments.
I used the product which was the best I found especially given you can edit PDFs with it.
I cancelled after a few hours and both payments were refunded as promised.
I would have been happy to pay a single use fee for this service but the subscription is too much for my once off use case

Can a lease be created orally?
Leases, like many contracts, do not have to be in writing. The landlord and tenant can agree to the terms of the lease contract orally and that contract is binding on both parties.
What is an oral lease?
An oral rental agreement is where you and the landlord agree that you can rent a unit, but your agreement is not in writing. If the landlord lets you move in and accepts your rent payments, then you have an oral rental agreement. You have the same rights as tenants who have written rental agreements.
Is a verbal lease legal?
The only verbal lease agreements considered legally binding in the State of California are those which last less than one year. Beyond this restriction, if the term of a lease is less than one year, but the end of the term is more than one year from the date of verbal agreement, the agreement must be put in writing.
