It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. great except when i want to email something sometimes the other party can't view it as a pdf. i dont get why. I want an option to save my new document in my own hard drive but can't figure out how to other than emailing it to myself. add that option or help me find it.

Fax and Documents
Its so easy to use! I like the fact that i can easily send faxes of the document that i created! I can now get rid of three other services i paid for and just use PDF FILLER!
I wish their was a line i could call to get tech support because I am sometimes in need of a really quick question. I cant find anyone to help!

I reached out to one of your online chat support reps and was giving all the information needed to help me with my court brief that I'm writing. Dee sent me sample screen shots that helped me tremendously in a few areas. You got a good employee there. You should give the guy a raise.

I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!

It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.
