This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. editing document is fine. Underlining is hard to figure out. Simply saving for future use (not exporting) is not clear but I stumbled on a solution that I hope will work.

I have been having trouble finding forms, and then getting the fill-in fields to work. While I like the end product I'm frustrated that it is not more user friendly.

i wasn't provided with the email address to send my address change (8822). Especially after adding my card information for the payment. Other than that, my experience was very fast and to the point. i loved that.
