Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. Overall a very positive experience. I think customers should be given the option of a low-cost limited one-time use of the site with full features, rather than forcing customers to subscribe for a full month or year with automatic renewal.

I never got the code in my email to complete the emailing of the document to the tenant. Other than that I love the ease of using it. I hope to get help with emailed code soon.

easy to use and reasonably priced. The only difficulty I had was finding how to get back to the template once I'd done one 1099. There is probably a way to keep my company info for each subsequent form but I didn't find it. I only had a few 1099's so this worked great and will want to use it next year.

I am able to create and update PDF files easily. The newer/updated features are wonderful. (ie. font colors and actual fonts)

If your company handles PDF files on a regular day to day like mine this is a must-have. From removing or just moving pages to changing/adding the text. I use it daily and haven't found another product that compares. Even Adobe Acrobat doesn't compare.

I can update items that have been delivered to me in a PDF format that I would have issues with normally.

Program is very user friendly.
Able to properly prepare and submit IRS Form 941.
Easy to use and instructions on usage is very user friendly. Cost to use the system is affordable. Ability to save documents is crucial to church finances.

Everything is okay so far, thank god for the merging feature. Only thing that bothered me is the zoom selection sometimes doesn't appear. Might give feedback if i encounter anything else

I was very happy that Sam at the On-line Support, came on very quickly and helped me with what I needed and waited until I was sure it worked. I was also very happy that the program did "not" shrink the size of the words in the document like many other programs I have tried.
