My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

It's pretty good. There is a delay from when I type till when the text appears in the text box.Also, I don't like have each field with a help box. I know I can X it out but it gets in the way when I want to go fast. I do like that it goes automatically from one field to the next such as with the dates.

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. Great tool!
Great tool. I used it only to edit like half a dozen infographics.
If anything I would ask for a full color pallet and different shapes for fills and graphics.
It could maybe use a little more simplicity of use with the saving/ uploading function but at least functionality is there, no bugs in my experience.
