could be better I feel that adobe does a better job at converting PDFs. Although PDFfiller has a good trial period that you can use all their resources. I like that it has a notary with the plan you choose. some documents don't fit what you search for. Conversion to PDF could be simple.

The artist's name. This one is pretty straightforward! The title of the work. The date of the artwork. The size of the artwork. 4.a duration of the work. The medium of the artwork. The price or the credit listing. Additional information.
Your art labels should include your name, object title, and media/support/technique at a minimum. A retrospective of your work should also include the dates. In a one-person exhibition, your name need not be as prominent on labels, and you might, instead, make the title larger and put it before your name.
Captions for Art: Works of art can be cited using this format, but include the publication citation for where the image of the work of art was found, unless you have viewed the work in person. Artist's name (last name, first name), Title, Date, Medium and support. City, Collection.
Object labels Typically, the title of the work or a descriptive title phrase is given, followed by the name and often, the dates of the artist, and the date and place the object was created. The artist may precede the title. Increasingly, object labels may include a brief description or commentary.
Use the artist's name and the title of the painting within the text of your paper. Type the title in italics. Use title case, capitalizing the first word and all nouns, pronouns, verbs, and adverbs. After the title of the painting appears in your paper, type the year the painting was completed in parentheses.

Provide the artist's name, the title of the artwork in italics, and the date of composition. Finally, provide the name of the institution that houses the artwork followed by the location of the institution (if the location is not listed in the name of the institution, e.g. The Art Institute of Chicago).
Visual artwork, including paintings, sculptures, drawings, mixed media, and whatnot, is italicized, never put in quotation marks. You do not need to underline your own title or put it in quotation marks. Capitalization of Titles. Normally, most words in a title are capitalized.
