At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. Just started so not a lot of feedback yet. It would be nice to be able to review who I sent documents for e-signatures too, so that if I can determine whether or not I made a mistake and have to redo the whole document, or if I have to tell the client to look in their spam folder, or what. Thanks!

I am using this service as an ex-pat in Ecuador to communicate with government services in the U.S. Not certain yet if offices like Social Security will accept forms mailed from an online-filler service, so am withholding the 5th star until I know they'll actually accept my forms.

Work and Study Budy
Overall I love the app and all the features it offer! The benefits totally outweigh the cost. Amazing app!
What I like most about the feature is I can use it both for work to fill out pdf files and for my personal studies where I can write notes, comment, add highlights and more to the file.
What I least like about this is it can be a bit pricey to maintain especially if I were only a student. But good thing I am also using it for work so I can really maximize its use.

Navigation is simple, editing works well and have never had any issues.

I really have not found anything that does not suit my needs.

To edit design documents quickly by making quick changes. It also helps in editing quotes to clients.

I love PDF Filler
I love PDF Filler. It took some getting used to but once I figured it, I cant function without it! No printing, no waiting for mail to show up. Turn any document into a PDF, fill it out, signature and all and go straight to Noterize for a 10 minute video Noterization followed by Fax in PDF Filler and ITS DONE! No printing, no scanning, no fax machine, no trip to the bank. and I can store ALL of my business docs safely to be emailed, noterized, faxed, sent by UPS, send to have someone else complete and return, share with multiple people...Even make make your own forms or turn an existing form into a template. Its future times... ACTUAL PAPERLESS SYSTEM! My only issue was the learning curve, It isn't exactly intuitive at first but it also doesn't take too many sessions to really figure it out.

Who pays SALT on a lease?
If the annual rent for the lease (not the NPV) is less than £1,000, as a buyer you pay SALT on the premium. This is at the same rate you would pay on the sale price of a freehold non-residential property. This means you'll only have to pay SALT if the premium is more than the threshold.
Do you pay stamp duty land tax on leases?
If the transaction involves the purchase of a new lease with a substantial rent there may be an additional Stamp Duty Land Tax charge based on the rent. If the value of the sale is above the payment threshold, SALT is charged at the appropriate rate on the whole of the amount paid.
How is stamp duty calculated on a leasehold property?
If you buy a leasehold residential property, you will have to pay Stamp Duty on the purchase price of the lease. There may be additional charges if the lease purchased is unassigned (i.e. new), and there is rent to pay over the life of the lease.
Can you Capitalize stamp duty on a lease?
So when you recognize a right-of-use asset for a lease you capitalize the stamp duty? It is a non-refundable purchase tax, so it is capitalized as part of the cost of the asset.
Do you pay stamp duty on a lease assignment?
You don't have to pay SALT or tell HMRC if you buy a new or assigned lease of less than 7 years, as long as the chargeable consideration is less than the residential or non-residential SALT threshold. Chargeable consideration includes: any premium and the net present value of any rent in the case of a new lease.

What is the lease premium?
A lease premium is a non-refundable lump sum paid by the tenant (lessee) to the owner (granter) upon signing a tenancy agreement. As the lease is under 50 years, it will be classed as a short lease. In the accounts, the premium will be capitalized as a leasehold asset and amortized over the term of the lease.
Do you pay stamp duty on commercial lease?
Stamp Duty Land Tax (SALT) is payable to HMRC on purchases and leases reaching a certain threshold. The current SALT threshold for commercial property is £150,000. For leases, the SALT payable will be calculated based on the length of the lease term, the annual rent, and any premium paid for the lease.
