Really good platform. Just try to fix the bug while opening documents at the dashboard. The bug is the following: Click on open item button It will send to authentication page.

I used this product to edit and fill… I used this product to edit and fill out an application and found the software to be very easy to use and very effective! I unfortunately forgot to cancel my 30day free trial and was unexpectedly hit with the charge the week before payday when I really couldn’t afford it. I explained my situation to the customer support team via chat and they happily refunded me my payment! Could not be happier with the service they provided and the understanding of my situation. Is a printed signature legal?

Traditionally, signatures are in cursive, but it can be argued that it's not a requirement. This means that with a wet signature (i.e. a signature that is written rather than electronically typed), a person could potentially use their printed (non-cursive) name or even a symbol like a happy face as a valid signature.

Can my signature be anything?

Usually, a signature is simply someone's name written in a stylized fashion. However, that is not really necessary. The signature can be made by anything that marks the paper. Pencil is not favored because it can smudge and be erased, but a signature made with a pencil is equally valid as a signature in pen.

Is an image of a signature legally binding?

Obviously, you cannot just take a picture of your signature on a piece of paper, crop it, and paste in your documents to use it for making the documents legal; this method will not provide any decent level of evidence as someone else can easily copy-paste it from your document to another document.

How do you make a document legally binding?

For a written agreement to be legally binding, it must contain an acceptance of the terms in the document. The most common way to accept is through a signature. If all the parties involved sign your written agreement, there is a clear acceptance of the terms.

Do handwritten contracts hold up in court?

As long as the contract spells out specific details and both parties have signed that they agree to the contract's terms, a handwritten contract is legally binding and enforceable in court. While handwritten contracts are generally enforceable, there may be instances under the law they are not.
