I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus.
I needed to turn regular electronic forms into fillable ones and submit electronically, with a signature and by a deadline, during the pandemic. I was early and complete with this program!

Spectacular PDF Editing Program!
I work with PDFs every day as part of my job and being able to unlock PDFs or make edits has become so easy and seamless with this program. I could not do without it!

Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.
I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

PdfFiller has been a Lifesaver
PdfFiller has been a lifesaver! I have a very important legal matter that has a lot of documents that I either have to fill out or submit. All of which either have to be created, modified, filled out, or signed. Since the matter is being handled across the country, its a lot of pressure off me to be able to edit, create, and save these documents.
