It's somewhat costly, but it works.
I have no idea whether it's worth it. I needed to get something done, and it was easy to find, so it was worth it to me. I certainly was glad there was a half price sale.

I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.

On first blush,this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

While easy to use, plenty of features and very helpful for my needs, even with the follow-along snap menu to the right, it is simply not an intuitive dashboard..

I love it! my only gripe is not being able to send emails with pdf's as normal attachments. I have to send a lot of PDF's to insurance companies and they complain that their systems cannot open the PDF's as sent from pdffiller so I have to take the time to download them from pdffiller, upload them to my CRM, and then attach them in emails. It would be great to be able to save that time. But other than that I am very impressed with the service.

ISSUE TOTALLY RESOLVED
My issue with PDF Filler had been totally resolved. Their customer service reached out to me and took care of this billing issue within 48 hours.

Finally a one stop shop to do everything you need to do with PDF's! It's never been easier to sign documents and move them down the chain of command!
The learning curve is something we're still have trouble with.
