What do you like best?
The hosted forms and e-signatures are an awesome add-on
What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. What do you like best? I often need to fill out forms for work. With Pdffiller it is simple to upload forms, fill out, save and download to email. I also use it to merge PDFs as well. It saves all of your work and keeps the documents in my account for future reference or an easy change/update. What do you dislike? There are a lot of features and sometimes it is hard to find exactly what I need. A simple "How do I .... in pdffiller on google usually takes care of it quickly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Before Pdffiller I would print the document, fill out by hand, scan, then email. Now my documents look more professional without and are less of a hassle.

While Pdr Filer is a great tool While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.
