A lot of money to make a pretty presentation for the Federal Government. I have no other purpose for this program as I am retired. The program worked well and I had no problems with it's use.

The interface is reasonably intuitive…
The interface is reasonably intuitive and everything works right, as far as I can tell. One note: To move a field, select and hold the symbol for move in the box just above the field, not the box itself. In other words, the symbol is the handle.

Editing PDFs has never been easier
I needed forms to be editable so members could easily fill things out and return them for us to add to our electronic database.
PDFfiller has a variety of helpful tools, but my most favorite feature is making a PDF form editable! Game changer.
The learning curve with PDF filler was a little bit more cumbersome than just opening a PDF and being able to edit it.

Good Product, Great Service
I tried the product but ended up using adobe for no other reason than it was paid for by a client.
I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged. The customer service team resolved the issue immediately without any issues
A good product backed up by excellent customer experience! Where else do you get that!

Excellent Customer Service from PDFfiller staff, Kara
I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. An excellent application and when I had a problem I contacted customer support and they attended me immediately and they helped me very kind and willing to help you with all your questions and requests 10/10

What do you like best?
That I can mark up any pdf or create 1 new document from several. Also digital signatures, I work remotely and need this! Being remote, I need to be able to create or sign a form from anywhere and I can easily with pdf filler. I love the share feature as well, I can work on my end and my co-workers will have it almost instantly without having to print, scan and email. I work remotely, almost all from my laptop with no printer. This allows me to work from my phone or tablet seamlessly as well.
What do you dislike?
Not much, no complaints yet. Maybe the layout? Like where everything is, I click on the documents and then you have to specify where something is. Maybe a more organized folder system? When I share them, they should all be in the share folder, but for some reason, they're not always there. I am a very organized person and like everything in its own folder or file. I'd like a way to save everything to its own file and be able to find them quickly and easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great program, especially if you work remotely, highly recommend it!

1099 tax reports, our software only supports e-file and we are so small that we don't have that. I also love the share part, I'm able to work on my end, share it with my co-workers and they can have it almost instantly without printing and scanning, etc. I also love that I can take a few different documents and combine them to one, that is a great feature!

I'm a college professor that has to use this pdf editor for both class content and administrative content.
It's fine. Not as good as adobe but it is cheaper.
