I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. I really enjoy how user friendly the program is. If I had any complaints, it would be that I have to change the size of the font if I am updating a previous document that I edit.

I had never made documents interactive before so I had no idea what I was doing. This was so easy to use. I really just needed it for a few documents so there was no reason to keep the subscription. If I needed it though I would not even hesitate to pay for it.

It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.
