It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

How do I password protect a scanned PDF document?

Open PDF. Click Properties. Go to Security tab. Security Method field, change to 'Password Security' Password Security Window will pop up. Then check the 'Require a password to open the document' Enter a password. Click OK.

How do you encrypt a PDF file?

Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Require a Password to Open the Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.

How do I protect a PDF file from being copied?

Open Your PDF. Launch PDF element on your computer. Click the “Open File” button on the Home window. Protect PDF from Copying and Editing. Go to the “Protect” tab, then click the “Password” button. Then select the option for “Require a password to change security settings and get access to specific functions”.

How do I lock my system?

Press the Win+L key combination on the computer keyboard (Win is the Windows key, shown in this figure). Windows key features the Windows logo. Click the padlock button in the lower-right corner of the Start button menu (see this figure). Clicking the padlock icon locks your PC.
