The website works really well
The website works really well - lots of options to accomplish any task, pretty easy navigation, and reasonable pricing (one-time use is even free!). Customer service is outstanding.

I'm still getting used to all the available functions, but so far am enjoying being able to combine various documents, and edit and sign .pdfs

Good overall experience
pdfFiller does have a robust feature set for all document needs and the user interface was pleasant to use and mostly intuitive.
I believe that a market for single users is far less likely since a normal user would not require most of the features that pdfFiller has to offer and they would probably not use the paid version.
I would give 5-stars but you have to sign up in order to download your PDFS/Docs, i would recommend that you allow at least 2 Docs to be edited and downloaded before requiring sign-up.

How do I convert a locked PDF file?
Locate the PDF on your computer. Right click on it and click Open With then choose Google Chrome.
Once Google Chrome has loaded, enter the password for the PDF.
Next, right-click on the PDF and select Print.
You will now have the option to choose where to save the PDF.
The PDF no longer has password protection.
Can you convert a PDF to Excel for free?
How to Convert PDF to Excel Free. Select the PDF document that you need to convert from your computer. Our free PDF to XLS converter will convert your file to the Excel spreadsheet format. Once your PDF to Excel conversion is complete, all remaining files will be removed from our servers.
