PDFfiller in a medical office
Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier.
I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc.
I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice.
Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.

Overall experience has been great ! This tool helps to merge, convert to pdf as well as edit pdfs as needed on the fly. The software has came in handy to sign documents electronically, quickly edit portions of pdf.
Great tool for editing pdfs. I mean you could edit very little detail in the pdf and you wouldn't even know if it was changed. All in one package that gives tremendous flexibility with converting word documents to pdf, editing scanned images by converting them to pdfs as well as getting and authorizing with ability to get electronic signatures. With this software you don't need Docu Sign !!
Cant erase back ground color for edited text. Edited text should appear seamless and not show signs of editing. Cursor movements and moving of text boxes needs alignment and calibration for more accuracy. There needs to be a way to revert back the changes done. Payment processing and charges need to be clear and upfront without any disguise.

Really came through for me when I was charged a subscription fee. Being a small business owner, things get hectic. I had used it for my taxes and meant to cancel it but forgot. I had a few problems with my docs at first because I didn't know where to find things. They have videos - but, they always skip over the most necessary details. I contacted support and they were extremely helpful I decided to invest in the purchase of this. I've avoided paying for document paying memberships for years, because I am a cheapskate.
