Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. The features are great. It would be nice to have the option to combine PDF documents. I also have an issue when entering text where the text box disappears and I have to click on the document again to enter text. Aside from that, he existing features are great and I would like to see how PDFfiller can improve in the future.

Easy to use!
I found the system very easy to use and have only scratched the surface. Converting documents to an editable form was easy to do and the system made it easy to find available PDF or other formatted versions online.
Saving different versions or templates was a bit of a challenge but that was easily remedied.

Some issues with editing documents
Some issues with editing documents. A specific example is that it can be hard to remove checks and X's from document, but overall one of the best document editors i have used.
