Happy with PDFfiller!
PDFfiller makes the documents that individuals within my company need to use frequently, more readily available, an improved option to frequently having to make copies before working with clients.
I really appreciate the functionality and ease of use for the product. The fact that it is possible to create a fillable PDF, to be used by multiple people or times. Uploading documents is extremely easy and the layout on the website makes all features easy to find. My absolute favorite thing is that you can sign things by singing from your phone, or saving a signature that you already have saved.
My only frustration is that if you download a fillable PDF, even when saving it will a different name, you can't print it with the content. I have found that I have to import the document and then print directly from the website, yet when uploaded the document makes the typed font smaller. Another tricky thing is that if you want to create a fillable PDF you must meticulously go through the document to check and highlight anything that you want to be able to fill information.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. How do I get a map of my property?
Visit the county recorder's office or the assessor's office. Ask what maps are available for public viewing that include your neighborhood and street. Request a copy of any maps that show clear dimensions of your property lines. Use the maps for reference when measuring your property's total boundary line on each side.
Can I survey my own property?
If you're planning on buying or selling a property, or planning construction on one you own, you'll need to hire a professional surveyor to perform the survey. Keep in mind that in almost every State in the USA, land surveying (even your own property) without a valid surveying license is a violation of the law.
How do I find my property lines for free?
You can find them on your property deed, on the survey you received when you bought your home, or by using the mapping tools at the county assessor's office. Use your boundary lines to determine where to legally place desired items.
How do I get a copy of my property survey?
Visit your jurisdiction's building inspector or the land records office. Many jurisdictions keep surveys on file at the city building inspector's office. You can also get surveys connected with tax maps or half-section maps from the county's land records office -- usually the county assessor.

How do I find the plat for my property?
Typically the source will be the county assessor's office. The street (house) number for each lot is listed, and the center of each property contains a parcel number assigned by the county assessor's office.
Are plat maps public record?
Parcel maps, unlike any other public real estate record, have no federal, state or municipal oversight with their development.
