What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!

The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

Fill it out!
Overall, I love when this is available to use for forms I need to fax or email.
I love the feature of being able to fill the form out online. Very easy to use and beats having to fill in by hand, scan and send.
I am not quite sure how to do this myself and have to ask IT to assist in making the form fillable for me.

I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

Error in my ways!
I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.

Am I 134 required for f1 visa?
Note that if you are being sponsored by your parents, a family member, any other person, or a business, you have to provide a notarized Form I-134 (Affidavit of Support), tax returns and bank statements of your sponsor covering a period of 6 months.

Form I-134 (Affidavit of Support), if you are financially supported by an individual in the U.S., along with three years of that individual's bank statements and tax returns. Paying the tuition expenses in advance is a good way to show proof of funds, but it is NOT a requirement to pay in advance.
