What do you like best?
I can sign paperwork, make changes and do it all without a printer wherever I am in the world.
What do you dislike?
There are some some glitches with the program.. for example to save a document you first have to make a duplicate of it. Also, I thought there was a way to re-number pages but that feature seems to be gone?

Exceptional Support ...
Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. My experience with PdfFiller was great
My experience with PdfFiller was great. I use PdfFiller as a cloud storage for backup files, in addition I can multitask by retrieving signed documents and save them in my signed doc. file for later.

Not very user friendly
Not very user friendly. The "sign-up" commitment is not good... Inevitably some people will forget to cancel and then will be hit with a high annual charge...

Thank you so much for such good hospitality. Most companies would not offer a refund so easily for an automatic subscription and so fast as well. This shows such good ethics as a company. This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future.
