It can edit and sigh.We can use it as daily works.

It can not merge more than two pages. If we have 2 or more pages to merge, it failed.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Only one downside - can't bring in any other types of fonts. That would be helpful. Other than that it's good for my needs.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. Because of the excellent customer service experience my PDfFiller representative delivered I proceeded with a one-year commitment of service and recommended these services to my family member.

Ryan was extremely patient and persistent to solve the issue
Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. I really felt like he was determined to have me understand the instructions he was giving me towards the solution. He used a few of approaches. One of which was sending me a visual with arrows.....That worked!!!! His patience and persistence is refreshing and truly appreciated.

When I first started using PDFfiller (couple of years ago) I wasn't impressed with it - it could have been because of a lack of experience. I had problems with lining up numbers or letters within the document. However, now it is a breeze and this program is great. I am beginning to depend on it a lot. Bottom line - it is a great product.

How are lease terms determined?

How are lease payments calculated?
Identify the number of the monthly payments on the lease. Then subtract the residual value from the net capitalized cost. Divide the resulting number by the number of payments. The result is the depreciation portion of the lease payment. For example, you lease a new car for three years.
What is the lease payment on a $30000 car?
A $30,000 vehicle with a 65 percent residual would have a base monthly payment of $292 before taxes, interest and fees. Choosing the vehicle with the higher residual percentage would net a savings of more than $200 per month for a vehicle with the same selling price.
How is lease buyout calculated?
Add sales tax to the residual value, as well as any fees. The residual value is the payoff amount for the lease--it's not your buyout amount. When you buy out a lease, you will need to pay sales tax. Add your local tax rate to that amount to arrive at the buyout value.
How is lease equity calculated?
The lease company assigns a realized value for your vehicle, which should be close to current wholesale market value, and subtracts your remaining lease balance and fees. The result is your equity, either positive or negative. If positive, you'll get a check from the lease company.
What makes up a car lease payment?
The amount of the car that you use is the difference between the value of the car at the beginning of the lease and the value at the end of the lease. So a lease payment is the sum of the three separate components, the depreciation charge, the interest charge, and the sales tax charge.
Does it pay to lease a car?
Your monthly cash flow: Leasing a car often has a lower monthly payment compared to financing a car with the same loan terms, since with a lease you're paying for the depreciation of the car during those years rather than the whole vehicle cost.
