OK. some limitations, like I need conditional logic, so if someone checks the Yes box for a question, then require them to fill out other fields. Need this conditional logic functionality, critical for my application. Else not sure PDFFiller will be useful to us.

Helpful Tool
I had been trying to send off some release forms and was crunched for time so I signed up for PDFFiller's free trial. In the end, I wasn't able to use their software without a purchase, but it made me almost wish I had paid the money.
I like that I can sign any document electronically. It definitely saves time and printing costs. It cuts out about 2 extra steps: printing and scanning. This is helpful for documents that need signatures such as release forms, etc.
I didn't like how much I had to pay in order to use my e-signed pdf. I don't use the software often enough to make it worth the price.
However, if I worked regularly with documents that needed to be signed this software would be the very best solution.

I think the app is very good, well worth the price. Some features would be really good to have on the offline app. Only had it one day but other than that the editing tools are perfect for my business needs.

How do I record from a mixer on my iPhone?
Plug the line out of your mixer (I'm using an RCA to 3.5 mm minijack out of my mixer output) into the headset buddy cable. Plug the headset buddy jack into the headphone socket on the iPhone and open up the standard built-in camera app, switch to video and hit record, and you are all set!

Set up your recorder. Set up a song or session in your recorder. Insert the TS cords for each recorder input track to the corresponding Insert jack in the live sound mixer. Arm each track in your song/session. Adjust the input level of each track. Click Record. Playback your test recording.

Go to Play store and search for automatic call recorder apps. Now, open the app and click agree to the terms and privacy policy. After that, go to Settings of the app by clicking on the three-line menu and turn on Record Calls (Turn on the automatic recording).
