PDF Filler is great. However, I wish it had some photo cleanup like features. For instance the ability to white out, or clean up shadows, or dark areas, while leaving all printed in black areas in tact.

Great service! Could use some updates though. The site is rather slow at times, and when changes text size there seems to be a bug where the page needs to refresh or reload. Also, general improvements on loading time would be nice. Also, please make the process of saving to PDF less steps and less clunky. I don't need to be shown where the pdf will be once downloaded.

I did, and often, and I wanted it to look professional as possible, be online, so access from off office meetings was available, and documents changeable in an instant. One that when edited could be then be immediately sent by mail to my counter-party sitting across a meeting room table. Crucially important for editing legal documents. Then I found PDFfiller, it does that and more and I would highly recommend it, a reasonable cost for an excellent product that continues to update and improve its offering. Keep up the good work!

Phenomenal Customer Service
Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated.
