Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I have not been able to figure out how to use my mouse and just scroll/roll thru the doc. I have to go to the left and click on page 2, to get to page 2, I can't just use the roller on the mouse to move.

some good some bad cause need to change size of pics as my constant contact only takes jpeg. can't use your address book as i don't use my mac mail use verizon so not friendly with this stuff makes it harder to use overall.

It was a great experience, but my business circunstances and after of loosing a big project I forcing me to cancel for now. Hopefully next year will be better and I hope I can comeback and use your app.

I was perplexed when my money was…
I was perplexed when my money was deducted without prior notice. I didn't know what to do at first because I thought that refund couldn't be possible but I decided to reach out to them despite the uncertainty.
I was happy with the services rendered, the customer relationship and grateful for the refund. The service is customer friendly and has quick response to issues.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
