I use PDFfiller on an iMac which does not have Flash installed. The main problem I have is that some of the text I deleted in a PDF file using PDFfiller appears to remain in the file. After I save the file, exit PDFfiller, and reopen the file with PDFFiller, the text I deleted was actually deleted and no longer in the file. So these steps serve as my workaround to this bug in PDFFiller on computers without Flash. I greatly appreciate the PDFfiller Help Team explains the reasons why the bug remains in the current version of PDFfiller, transitting from requiring Flash to not requiring it. Furthermore, as a software engineer myself, I fully accept the reasons for this bug to remain in the current, transitional version of PDFFiller. Thank you very much, the PDFfiller team. Wan Chan

Best PDF Editor Up until a few years ago, all PDF software seemed the same to me. 'What could they do that much better to make a difference' was a question I asked. PDFfiller answered the question the first time I got to use it. PDFfiller is the perfect PDF editing and managing software that I have tried by a mile. Modifying documents and making last minute changes has never been easier. Smart signature protection, revision history, and commenting are just a few of the great features that make PDFfiller my favorite. Loved it since the first time I got to use it. How do you edit text in a PDF element?

Click on the “Edit” button in the top menu and then click the “Edit text and image object” icon. Then, click on the text that you want to modify, and simply start typing to replace the text. You can also change the font type, size, and color from the text editing bar.

How do I change metadata in a PDF?

Choose File > Properties, click the Description tab, and then click Additional Metadata. Select Advanced from the list on the left. To edit the metadata, do any of the following, and then click OK. To add previously saved information, click Append, select an XMP or FFO file, and click Open.

How do I remove metadata from a PDF?

Remove Metadata from PDF File Go to the “File” tab and choose the “Properties” > “Description” option. You can then view the metadata of the PDF document. You can edit and delete metadata as you want. Select the information that you want to delete.

How do I hide information in a PDF?

Click on the “Protect” tab and select “Mark for Redaction”. Then go to the page where you want to hide text and select the text. You can also use the “Search & Redact” option to search for a particular word and hide it on all pages at once.

Locate the image file you wish to alter. Right-click it and select 'Properties' from the popup window. On the top of the new popup window, click the 'details' tab. Locate the type of metadata you would like to add or change.
