THE BONUS TO THE LAYOUT IS THE PDF FILL IN THAT ALLOWS YOU TO INSTRUCT THE CLIENT RIGHT WITHIN THE CELL. It is so much easier to get my scholarships done. I hate writing on my scholarships, so I was having to completely retype the application which was taking time from me filling them out.One suggestion would be to do a student discount, like in my case using it for scholarships. A way to do this could be they have to enter there school and get a school code from someone and then that could verify they are a student so the company is not getting taken advantage of.

Worked well. Forgot that I had signed up for a free trail. The annual subscription fee hit may bank account, then I remembered! Hell, since I'm paying for it, I might as well use the program.It worked really well! LOL!!

I had cancelled my subscription but it had not gone through and was charged. I explained this to the customer support team and they helped me very nicely and gave me a refund. It was efficient and very understanding!

Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.

We have had a service application on line for several years. People have been printing, handwriting the answers to our application and emailing it back. I just received back my first fillable application and I love it. It is legible and all the answers appear where they are supposed to no more writing up the side of the page because of the limited space for answering.

I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in. Customer support replies quickly and they are very professional.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
