It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. Kara was spectacular
Kara was spectacular! I was having trouble merging 35 small PDFs into a single larger document. She walked me through all the steps, and I told her what I had done and where I had run into problems. When she could not find a solution for me that way, she offered to merge all the documents for me!!! I have been working on this family project for the last 12 months and this was the final step before I could get the finished document out to everyone. Now I can do that and put this phase of the project behind me! I salute you Kara!!!

I like that you can go back to a field and edit it or move it around. Signature option is very useful. I also like that the buttons and are easy to find.

Still to early to tell. Until now, all I can say is that the text types could adjust more to the real ones and it could have an option to copy-paste fields through the document. Moving boxes is not that easy, either. Bur overrall it's been great.
