great except when i want to email something sometimes the other party can't view it as a pdf. i dont get why. I want an option to save my new document in my own hard drive but can't figure out how to other than emailing it to myself. add that option or help me find it.

As far as I have been using it it looks nice, the only problem that I found was when I choose to convert my pdf into a word document some letters and format change or is missing.

Select the mark whose mark label you want to move. Click and drag the move handle to a new location.
By default, field labels are shown. To hide or show field labels, select Analysis > Table Layout > Show Field Labels for Rows or Show Field Labels for Columns. You can format the fonts, alignment, shading, and separators for field labels.
Start by taking the measure which represents the value and placing it on detail. Now right click on your axis and select 'Add reference line'. Set up your reference line to show the value you wish to use as your label, by pane, and don't show a line like so: Click okay and you should have something like this.
From the Marks card drop-down menu, select Pie. Right-click on Count of Users and select Quick Table Calculation- Percent of Total. Click on Label on the Marks card and select Show mark labels.
Reduce the number of marks on the view You can find the number of marks by looking at the lower left of the Tableau Desktop window in the status bar. Watch out for large cross tabs and for maps with complex custom polygons.
In a worksheet, right-click (control-click on Mac) the mark you want to show or hide a mark label for, select Mark Label, and then select one of the following options: Automatic — select this option to turn the label on and off depending on the view and the settings in the Label drop-down menu.
1. Re: How to avoid overlapping of labels in dual axis charts? In Marks, if you click on the Label icon, at the bottom of the menu uncheck “Allow labels to overlap other marks". You can also manually select and move the overlapping labels right on the chart.
In Tableau, the Marks card provides you with control over how the data is displayed in the view. The options on this card allow you to change the level of detail as well as the appearance of the marks without affecting the headers built by fields on Columns and Rows.
To show mark labels in a viz: On the Marks card, click Label, and then select Show mark labels.
From the Knowledge Base: The asterisk is actually a visual indicator of a special type of Null value that occurs when there are multiple members that apply to the mark. Meaning, you have multiple data values and Tableau doesn't know which to display.
ATTR() is a special Tableau function that effectively returns a record-level result as an aggregation. If there are multiple values of the record-level field in the current context then ATTAR() will return * instead of a single value.
The Pages shelf lets you break a view into a series of pages, so you can better analyze how a specific field affects the rest of the data in a view. When you place a dimension on the Pages shelf you are adding a new row for each member in the dimension.
