Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.

I am happy with the selection of forms, but it could be easier to locate forms I need to complete. Also, your connection is pretty slow. I thought it was my internet the first couple of times, but the connectivity only takes eons when trying to access my docs on your site.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Easy to use for 1099 filings
Use for 1099s and other tax filings.
Used this product for 1099 filings.. simple and easy to use except for ability to make edits (address changes etc.) once filed.
Once a 1099 is filed, program does not make it easy to go back and edit a document. Also, any updated filings are charged another filing fee, which seems excessive.

Best and complete tool to edit PDF documents.
Editing PDF files is so simple and easy with PDF Filler like using a Doc editor. I use it everytime to edit dates and sign documents, just sign on my device with my finger so every signature is different.
They could add a tool to increase the quality or resolution of scanned PDF files.

listen I appreciate your services and recommend it to anyone based on their ability to process a financial authorization and so I didn't want PDF-filler to be discouraged but I'm sensitive to express I have to revisit your advisory environment some time after the year is up!
