Overall a very positive experience. I think customers should be given the option of a low-cost limited one-time use of the site with full features, rather than forcing customers to subscribe for a full month or year with automatic renewal.

Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.

Was able to use site, but site is not mobile-friendly
I tried using this site on my mobile phone and would recommend only using a PC; the site is not mobile friendly. Otherwise after some effort I was able to upload, electronically sign, and send a PDF document.

Great customer service
I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have. Her messages were friendly and the response time was very quick.

How do I make lined paper notes?
To add a grid or lines to your Notes, head to Settings → Notes → Lines and Grids. Select the background you want, then go to your Notes app and open a new note.
Can you get lined paper in Apple notes?
Choosing Your Default Paper Style Apple lets you choose from a total of six different paper styles for the Notes app, not including the default blank one. Lined paper will most likely benefit those looking to write out handwritten notes, while grid paper might be more appropriate for drawing.
